Information We Collect
We collect email, nickname, password and age verification for our user accounts. We ask for your email to verify your account, to contact you with any changes to terms and updates and in case you need to recover your password. We don’t ask you for your information to annoy or sell your personal contact info.
For some games we will record high scores and game tuning information. High scores could turn up on leaderboards and the game tuning information so that we can continue to improve our games.
Personal Information Usage
We will never sell, rent, lease or share you personal information, including your email. Email we do send to you will include the opportunity to opt-out of further communication by email.
Children
Squiddle Games is a general audience site and does not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from children under 13 years of age. We strongly encourage parents to review the Privacy Policies and Terms of Use before allowing your children to use your account.
Leviathan Games
Leviathan Games runs Squiddle Games. We’re a small operation and you may get email or other notifications for either Leviathan Games or Squiddle Games. We have not sold or otherwise distributed your information, we’re just not great at policing our return address all the time.
